lol some of u guys squat game is trash
im 170 but i can squat 300 on any day. i can step back in the gym and do it after a six month hiatus.
my bench game low, havent maxed out but last i hit was about 215, need to get back on my bench game
and i've been able to deadlift low 400s more than once
if i get back on my bicep-tricep game, i can be bicep god again
