forreal, i have a horrible habit of chasing the past and constantly worrying about the future, financially. i'm sure everyone has that problem to some degree. but it is so hard to stay in the "now" so to speak, though i know thats where you're gonna reach most happiness. straight livin in the moment.

there's one thing i did recently that made me feel younger again. i tried that Insanity workout shit lmao forreal, i been so lazy lately that i just NEEDED to do something. and even though i wanted to throw up after only a 45min session, and my body felt like jello; about an hour later something happened:

i had more energy than i ever had naturally, than i can remember. i felt like i had the energy, enthusiasm, and motivation of when i was 10years old. workouts have never done that for me before. i was a pretty serious bball player back in high school and i was always exhausted afterward, wanting a nap, whether it was after the gym, after a jog, after a scrimmage, whatever. i never felt so pumped up after working out, it was like a natural high.

whoever said that even when you're a success, you're still not fully satisfied is right. thats life, we're always craving more, or expecting ourselves to do better. which isnt necessarily a bad thing. life is a big circle of ups and downs and inbetweens, it doesnt matter who you are or how much money you have. it's a cycle. of life
