The gym I go to offers all of that as a package...
I figured that the whole muscle confusion aspect of that would be crazy...
So far its cool...
But Idk...
I would rather perfect each one at a time as opposed to just doing an hr of each every time I go...
I'm thinking about joining a boxing gym instead and then doing bjj after...
Also want to mess with wing chun...
