I weighed 198 ( 6'1" pretty solid but could only see a four pack after running in July and nearly dehydrated ) and ran at least 5 miles a day ...

Yea frank for sure bro... a marriage and a pregnancy (on the wife's side lol) did the same for me.
i'm 6' even -- when i graduated HS i weighed 215 --- a year and 4 months later, due in large part to stacker 2, 2-4 miles a day (and to the st. louis arch and back to SLU for 12 miles on the weekend) and calories only from subway and vodka -- as i went into sophomore year in college i was fuckin 165
i literally dropped 50 lbs, and i was like a '8 man' in rugby if that means anything -- as in, shit, not washboard abs before by ANY stretch of the imagination --- but like just a thick/solid irish dude who could get it done in headbutt wars lol --- 50 lbs drop wasnt even natural for me... if i ate like a vegan i should be like 185 lol
but word, a 50lbs drop, i had all those crazy striations and shit --- but i still would rather be able to headbutt a car bumper and make the shit rock at the end of the day, so im back to "daddy weight" haha
alas, i just wanted to have a paddywack six pack once before i die... and thanks to stacker 2, and ephedra, i am pretty sure we will both die younger now haha
