hey... what exactly is the point of saying you'll be docked for not voting if Philly didn't vote and won by 2 votes? That being said, I was getting on to say i was conceding defeat whether i was winning or losing cuz i won't have time to write anyway, but some sort of consistency would be cool... this isn't an attack on you btw Strikt... maybe you overlooked it...
