Arch - opener ex plays are old but the subject matter made it fresh as shit good hitting shit, coke bottle concept was cool but were all 80% liquid so it just didn't connect but this could of been dope with some other elements, I don't like pause lines.... Drake ... but this one was gutter and it hit I liked it ... Running with the bulls was straight as shit I liked it ... Facebook line was weak it's just so hard to make a Facebook line that isn't a real personal connect I liked how the concept played out just didn't hit hard at all ... Closer was alright you missed a word in their but it's ok I see what you were doing, personally I'd of opened with this and closed with something a little harder but that's just preference doesn't affect the line at all good verse some misses but not any in a row so the verse never lost steam nice drop
Philly - opener was straight good way to start it off , second line was comedy I laughed can't believe Alvin girl references can still make me laugh but this one did, next line was ok not a hard hitter though get lost line was ok hit hard enough to probably be a quotable but it was simple but sometimes simple prevails , Noah's arc was cool but seems like at least the np been done but this is fresh to me I liked it maybe lotn and you closed it well real good consistent verse my dude few bars that weren't my fav but that doesn't mean they weren't good
This was a pretty good battle maybe the best one I've read this round I think top to bottom Philly gets this on consistency and a few bars that seem to hit harder then archs .. This is one of those battles were you wish arch could just fill one of the Many no show spots and get to round 2 because he'd prob have another good snowing as opposed to all the cheap wins that we're handed out this round
