If any of you Lebron Cockriders have ever played both sports you would know that for the most part the things that make you good in basketball dont automatically make you good in football. Running on wood vs running on grass/turf is completely different. his agility would be tested to the extreme. How fast is his 40? LB's and SS's aren't slow. hell even some DE's can be pretty quick. how good is his blocking footwork? Can he read a defense before the snap? how good are his in-play adjustments? Not to mention the weather aspect. On top of that we don't know how he'd stand up to the type of contact he'd receive every play. Being his height would more than likely make him a liability at TE. his knees would be a constant target. which also brings to question, can he catch in traffic? Can he hold on to the ball after being blown up by a MLB or SS? how good are his hands in general? catching a pass from a 16 year old QB aint the same as a catching a bullet on a hook pattern from Peyton Manning. BTW being good in High School is irrelevant, regardless of where he played. The NFL is a lot faster paced and infinitely more competitive.

football may be his first love but that doesn't mean he would DOMINATE in the NFL. he chose Basketball for a reason. it would be interesting to see. he might turn out to be a decent NFL player but its not automatic that he would be. and at his size he'd be more likely to be placed as a D-Lineman, probably DE.
