start at your side and raise up to the height in the pic
FRONT SHOULDER RAISEuse a weight plate and do 20 reps for this one
lift it from your dick to above your head
SHRUGSyou can use dumbell or barbell whichever you're more comfortable with
I use barbell to load it with more weight
