Obviously. Halloween is the pinnacle of the slasher flick, and there are no other contenders.
People throw around the term "G.O.A.T." too loosely. It means "Greatest Of All Time" and should only be used when you mean something is the greatest of all time thing in its category.
Hellraiser is the greatest movie in the Hellraiser series, I suppose.
