the only known effect on the game it's had for me is they mention his murder on the radio, tho. I donno if anyone knew if it triggered any other events or anything.

I just did this mission day before yesterday
I didn't even realize that was him lol, I just hopped on the jet skis and DIPPED
but the one I hopped on wit frank had a chick on it. I tried to keep her on but then I had to switch to trevor to shoot better. before I could switch back the chick got off the jet ski on her own :( drown herself I guess
but I got mad $12 donations from all the gangsters I killed
