I have a couple high-functioning autistic kids, handful of students with ADHD, but mostly they're in SPED for behavior issues and low academics. I teach 8th graders, and some of them can't read, for example (average reading level of my guys is around 3rd-4th grade). naturally, they hate school and act out, so a lot of my job is convincing them to finish high school and not go to jail tbh lol
