Your not stupid 20% is prob beneath you but its just the smugness that makes me want to point out its not very impressive
I can even get into the science of avg IQ by race and differing brain sizes by race and why falling into that 63 million barely makes you an above avg white male for your age scientifically which I'm guessing is in the 18-34 demographic
And I'm not knocking any race or making fun of govt assisted people I'm just referencing research I did for a psych class on a study that was conducted some years back

Did you know that in the 1950 half of all blacks were considered retarded by iq test standards....they had to lower the number from 86 to 70 for now a days to make things equal.
