Yeah, they mean the same thing. But if you weren't so stupid you'd understand there was a difference in use. Simple minded has a condescending niceness to it. Stupid is a brash insult. It's cool, you're simple minded. Or stupid. I forgot which, they both mean the same. I think you're a dumb-dumb.
