In Street Fighter 2 World Warrior (the very first iteration of SF2 for the arcades)
Ryu and Ken's move set is identical.
Later differences between the two, ie Ryu's better fireballs, Ken's better dragon punch, functionally different hurricane kicks, and eventual varying set of normal moves, haven not implemented yet..
there is one sole difference that makes Ken significantly higher on the tier list than Ryu
what is it and why?
