like other people have mentioned, you dont have to use the writers. 99 percent do. comedians included, even if its just taking the premise and making there own joke from it

but yo no one is downplaying seth rogen or jonah hill, they aint stand ups tho. they are hilarious comedic actors, rogen writes dope funny scripts, that doesnt make them a stand up comedian, improv is not stand up.
