Listened once can't form a real strong opinion off that ... but its a single and hes not poking fun at a boy band so it can't be that bad ... def doesnt have a poppy bubblegum sound more of a rick rubin style beat with some older well placed samples mixed well

Sounds like he's trying to pay homage to those he liked coming up.. first verse def has a beastie boys type influence more of a yelling alternative hip hop sound then rapping... hell even the master blaster screams mid to late 80s hip hop, i think their was one of these in every rap video from 84-89

Third verse maybe an and L L deep wanna be sexy voice flow talking to the females

2nd I'm not sure ... I'd have to listen deeper

Its different then his usual formula as was recovery

Its not mind blowing but most singles aren't ...
