Kendrick got everyone trying to be hot, but he appeals to lyrical cats somewhat as well as mainstream cats somewhat. Drake had SFG making every nigga wanna sing on every hook of every song they got etc. JAY-Z even had The Blueprint 3 as an album w/ autotuned songs, but deleted it cause he dropped DOA on niggas. Drake when he was in that SFG mode before Forever dropped, he kept it real and split singing/rapping in half. he wasn't tryna be a mafioso thug or a soft ass pussy
