you guys come from a text background so you want metaphors and multi syllable rhymes and shit. which is dope. but 50 is better at writing hooks than everybody, and his rugged approach and simplistic style makes when he does say some clever shit pop that much more.

its like yo, 50 makes the dopest pizza there is. you guys are wanting spaghetti and meatballs cooked to perfection, some real italian food not pizza. but alot of the dudes your putting ahead of fifty arent on his level. they might give you a plate of spaghetti and meatballs but its bland as fuck. where as you coulda got a slice of pizza from 50 instead, and yea it aint a real meal, but its shitting on most real meals

there was a point in time where everything 50 did was pure fire, even the club shit was dope.

and he can still do it from time to time. out of control with mobb deep was a fucking BANGER. and thats club shit which i dont even like but i can knock that.

its just once fifty started making magic stick and candy shop dudes forget all the actual good club bangers and all the good music he made
Lmao don't tell me what fucking background I come from man, it definitely isn't a text one that's for sure.

If you're going to try to tell me 50 cent is in the top 10 most talented rappers then there's no point carrying on this discussion because we obviously disagree on the definition of talent.

I like a lot 50 cent's music and I appreciate what he sold and his impact on hip hop, but in terms of talent I would not have him anywhere close to my top 10.
