Built around a massive circular hole of unknown origin, the residents of this city are faced with hardships that make living difficult. The fierce windstorms that ravage the planet bring little, if any, rain, and have taken their toll on the great buildings that were carved out of naturally occurring rock formations centuries ago. At some point in the past, these buildings were coated with a resilient resin to prevent further erosion. though the storms have degraded these buildings over time, the interior of the hole is left virtually untouched by their wrath, and it is for this reason that the city was founded in this location. supplied with an annual regiment of fresh water from off world cargo ships, the hole acts as a reservoir for the city's populace; an easily accessible basin of blue in a world of red and yellow.
