BLACK HOLE is on a distinguished road

Good twilight, sirs. It's me, Professor Black Hole. I just happened to be passing through several asshole shaped starclouds when I noticed your conundrum! As nothing escapes me, I thought I'd lend a helping hand; Solaris asked me the same question the other day. Tax litigations, municipal finances and corporate liens can all create enough tension to cause a myriad of bursting supernova amongst even the most financially capable solar systems. The federal tax codes on earth are incredibly complex and certain universities allow more exemptions than others. If you are over 24, the case begins to get rocky like the asteroid belts. In most cases, a simple 1099 form will suffice. When I took destroying galaxies 101, I travelled from a distant star cluster all the way to nebula X-509VY7, and received compensation. Just ask your Bursars office, they should be able to help you see the light.
