Something like this^ but if you have any ideas about dating her rather than just fucking make it a wholly decent dinner and be a gentleman when you take her home (which doesn't preclude you from fucking her, just make sure she has a good time as well)
If you want to go on subsequent dates then Mike's ideas are good... definitely not for a first date though
