you can write about whatever you want. just use the two initials as much or as little as you choose. and make a coherent and entertaining verse in the process. zygote made the challenge and I agree it is a little strange but I think personally im going to use the initials as the start of two consecutive words in at least every line. placed anywhere, beginning, middle or end. if I could work in more all the better.
