never said successive, I do first set 50-60; every following 30-40 depending on how im feeling and typically hit 750-850 b4 my arms give...

then I proceed after a 20 min break to do dip sets off bed (so legs r on the ground, bearing SOME weight) in reps of 80 for 5 to 6 sets, last set typically hitting 100 4 burn out.

Push up sets are separated by 2 lap walk around what was the rec area, now back yard patio will substitute.

Also do squats, lunges, and calf raises. but I wont go into detail...
