Yeah. It's bittersweet, though. Knowing it's the last season and they have to cram so much into it. I think it's hilarious how Chalky was on the chain gang and Meyer Lanski tried to kill Nucky. Hopefully next episode they cut back on all the childhood flashbacks and focus on Nelson, Al Capone, and Nuckys brother. Fuck Jillian.

The Chicago storyline should be dope tho.

I wanna see more of Chalky.. & it's gonna be interesting to see how Margaret plays into the season.

This better not be a let down.... but I.know the flashbacks are a build-up to something good.

Honestly, the fast-forward story arc they are doing for this season pisses me off. They should have just started where they left off last season and made this one a real cliffhanger. With it being the last season, they could really do the series justice by making a nice Scorcese-directed BWE movie and do a proper send off.

Scorcese movies don't flop, and the critics who say this series isn't as good as some of the more popular ones are insane. Boardwalk Empire is right up there with Walking Dead to me. Fuck HBO for canceling this. First Deadwood and now this.

The seven year jump had me a little confused. I feel like they needed at least two more seasons to wrap the series up properly, but I'm just excited it's finally back tbh. Looks really good so far.

i mean like any good show it has its slow moments, but they have some of the best CONCLUSIONS to shit possible, like all the build up is worth it

I didn't watch last nights episode yet. Homeland had a 2 hr premier, The Strain season finale, and I watched The Equalizer (Denzel surpassed Liam Neeson in badassness with this movie) which was unbelievably amazing for an Antoine Fuqua movie.

I will watch BE tonight. After what happened in Cuba and with Al Capone/Lucciano and Chalky last week this new episode should be big.
