Scapular retraction on pressing movements?
Has eliminated shoulder pain for me during flat bench, heard it's useful during all pressing movements. The shit that power lifters do but less OD. Like small arch in the chest but because shoulder blades r contracted and pushed back as far as possible. U bros do this?

Actually yeah. 225x12 for one set. Can't do it more than one set though, usually falls to the 8-10 range on the second and 5-8 on the third depending on my SLEEP and CARB CONSUMPTION that week.
I don't go heavy often. |
