The voice-over version only exists in bootlegs and dated formats these days. Ridley Scott has done everything in his power to keep people from seeing it.

V and Batty have two completely different NC personalities and type differently.

I mean, I could see it potentially but pretty sure both are grown and comfortable enough to not be large enough alias of each other.

Naw bro, multiple versions have been released over the years. They've been released on dvd, hd-dvd and Blu Ray. There's tons of these including the set that comes in the Voit-Kampt style briefcase as well as the 30th anniversary set to name a few. No doubt there was beef between Ridley Scott, the share holders and the actors for years but that's old news now. Scott was allowed a "Director's Cut" back in the day, but yeah money.

@Certain, most def if you're a BR fan on any level. I own one of the ultimate sets which include all the bonus shit including the changes and the documentaries. The original cut of the "sex scene" with Deckard and Rachael was too violent, they show that as well as the other Replicant that got omitted from the movie.

TRUE STORY:

just this week, we were sitting in what we call the "coffee cave" where we take 3 hour lunch breaks (according to the snitches) discussing the black bear. it turns out that a black bear has wandered onto the hospitals campus. our chief of police has sent out like 23 emails about bear safety....
