Recording apps for iPhone
 

So I know this is kinda ghetto but I found this StudioApp on my iPhone for $5. Didn't download it yet but I was wondering if anyone else has any apps like this and if they function well?

I get that some of you are gonna be like "just get a real mic and a real setup" yeah, I'd like nothing more. But right now, even w 2 jobs, after all bills are paid for the month (rent, food, insurance, phone, credit card, student loan) I barely have any play money left over so it just goes into savings. Lease is up on January and by Xmas ill have a bonus of 1000 or more dollars so that'll help. But for now, this is what I can afford: the iPhone app lol

do you have a computer?

you are better off recording into your phone with headphones on so the phone doesnt record the beat, just your acapella.

then on a computer, open any recording program, put the beat in there and then bring the verse acapella from your phone and re-line it up

to help lining it up you can clap when the beat drops, or during something in the beat before you start spitting, and you can line where you clapped up and then just edit you clapping out

im still anti-smart phone and got the cheapest most generic one so i cant help in the app department

YouTube has instructional videos on everything.

im just going to buy you a mic
