i dont know about watching golf in person

i was at the Bridgestone Invitational yesterday @ Firestone CC

I actually was camping out on the hole that Tiger hurt his back again, sucks.. he kinda looks like a dick though.

but yea, i can barely follow my ball when I hit it let alone when others are hitting it lol --- it was cool to see in person once i guess, but it'd be much easier (and faster) to watch on TV.

anyone been to a PGA thing before?

did PGA national championship @ kiawah for my birthday two years ago

it was beautiful and awesome but SO FUCKING HOT and SO EXHAUSTING walking around all day. followed daly around because lol.. his wife was in the gallery with us, seemed willing to talk to anyone who would listen.

followed bubba around for a bit since this was after he won the masters

got to see mickelson up close and yes, tiger, who was having a bad day paired with vijay singh who was stomping him. i told my wife then i thought about clocking the guy just to be the dude who punched tiger but then thought better of it when i saw all the guns his security were carrying. he walked right past me, like inches. scowl on his face hardcore.

this was at peak tiger hate

lol

yea dude! granted, tiger apparently hurt his back (which looks exaggerated to me tbh, and he went on to play like another 5 holes or so), but he did have a meanass scowl on his face lol

he was pared with bubba, who seemed pleasant.... but yea, it was hot as hell and tiring walking around.. there was good food and drinks though at least.

sucks that sergio always have to choke lol

i hate that they are so srs about preventing you from taking pictures though

managed to sneak a couple.. you definitely see the difference between your typical course and pga majors though

Highly recommend seeing races in person. I saw the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 24 Hours of Nürburgring this summer (@Diode)

Do you have to pay for golf tickets?

so much jelly h8 4 u on lemans, mostly because two good friends were there this year too and i had to drool at all their pictures :(

yes, tickets to the majors are fairly expensive though not as much as most other sports. i think my day 3 (sat) tickets were 125/ea.

they sell packages with boxes on the 18th or access to a special concession tent and what have you for more..

Jesus fuk that's cheap.

And yes, it was dope. After the race I took a hunting knife & cut down a 8'x20' official LeMans banner for my loft
