Supreme Court rules Drug Companies exempt from Lawsuits
http://www.whiteoutpress.com/article...from-lawsuits/
SMFH. What is your country doing to the world? STAHP PLS! |
its your responsibility to know what drugs you're putting in your body. The research is out there. Why have the law babysit you? So you can bitch about curfew in a month?
|
You're missing the big picture. Your country is out of control lately, within the past 5 years shit has spiraled out of control. If a medication I was taking caused my face to fall off, I would want it labeled on the bottle. Imagine all the poisonous shit governments can put into drugs now and get away with it...and don't hit me with that conspiracy theorist tag either.

Also you got it all twisted up, anyways. These are generic versions of laboratory developed, namebrand drugs. There's no provision that says "drug companies can do whatever they want now k bye" it's saying you can't get your dick sued off for the side effects of a product you produce to within FDA approved specifications This is going to make medicine cheaper, and is probably a result of USA having a strange healthcare situation. Quote:
Lol what people? And also that's not true, the field of medicine is highly regulated, despite what you hear from watchdog X They do have liability to know what goes into their shit, it just happens to be based on someone else's product Like if I make a knockoff Mord Fustang using the same blueprints as the original with cheaper materials, and it falls apart at 40 mph killing a family of 4 I would be held responsobile But if the shape of the door prevented exit during a fire/ rollover crash and was a huge safety issue, I would not be responsible. That would be on. The original engineers |
no nigga. Ask yourself, like vaccination makers, shit is fact that they aren't even regulated by the FDA anymore, not for a while now. Blackbox labels, ask yourself, whats up with those. Watchdog X? who the fluck is that? lol. Foods and drinks too, flouride, high fructose corn syrup, mercury, aspartame, all these toxins and hazardous chemicals you can find in your local grocery store isle readily available for consumption without warnings or anything. The process for actually getting the shit through for approval and getting the med reps to take it is fucking crazy. I'll tell you how it goes:
Big pharma companies mass produce and distribute the products they test them, in house. Other tests done on these products are private and non profit meaning (niggas don't get money to test em even though it costs a hell of alot of money and time to do it based on human/animal testing laws, etc) These same big pharma companies get the health organization reps to come out on these huge extravagant seminars that are prepaid for like a few weeks at a time. Wine an dine these fuckers to the upmost, give them pamphlets, a few power point presentations and the shit is gold. They aren't even given the chance to dispute because the Big Pharma companies in house regulations and such are taken as gold. Thats the way it is |
You guys are slightly misunderstanding
GENERIC drug makers are no long accountable. The brand names, the ones who develop these drugs - are still accountable. In other words, if you're given name brand Zoloft and it melts your eyes, you will be able to sue Pfizer But, if you take a generic Zoloft, and your eyes melt WELP THATS ON YOU BUDDY so basically if you have prescription insurance, better hope it covers you for name brands. if it doesn't, or you just don't have it, be ready to shell out probably 5 times what the generic would cost.. actually now, I'm sure name brands will sky rocket in price and we'll be left with a choice of selling our souls to pharmaceutical companies or taking unregulated drugs. 'Murica |
thats a big fuckign relief, I should have read the article. props boner....no homo
|
it's a relief in a sense that at least we can take medicine
but not, because it's likely gonna cost us a shit ton if we don't have the prescription insurance to get name brands. still fucking bull shit IMO |
