I got a promotion and a raise. I'm officially the lead inspector for the company, and I just got a phone call from a property manager of an apartment complex to check her apartment for bed bugs, the owner of the business says if I can sell a contract I'll get commission on top of my salary. It's already a done deal. I'm about to reach Aero status.
