you have mad people working close together constantly and always touching and brushing by each other. You work all the time so you get to know everybody. You create rapport with almost everybody. It is customer service so while it's still an artificial social construct people are acting happier and more creatively than they normally would. This creates an incestual orgy in virtually every large bar/restaurant amongst the staff. It's okay but unless you're the owner or a good server/chef in high volume place in a large city the pay is shit. My advice is to get a better job but I was doing the same at your age so I can't judge that, although you can exceed me by getting a better job asap.

Yeah man I've been working there for a year and there's a definent sexual tension between the staff. We have all agreed that it makes working a lot better.
