Word. Just need a certain few that will hopefully get shit moving smoothly. Eventually, more people will flock over and participate but unfortunately, this is the opportunity for those of lower caliber to champ shit while they can, until more and better talent flocks on over.

Even if it's a 4 participant league, eventually one of those 4 will champ. That's what will draw the attention on over for those hungry to expand or begin their boarding resumes, lol.

I'm referring to the alias tourney sign ups, the swag and flow sign ups, the summer classic version 2, & the rumble thing aero was planning all occurring at the same time. I have no ill will towards you, or anyone else on NC tbh - but pick a thing and stick with it. So far since I've joined Netcees, I've seen a Fall Brawl that was pulled off with moderate but not great success, followed by an NBL season that spiraled downwards followed by a Summer Classic where damn near everyone noshowed

all the while, the BA has been absolutely dead and voting takes longer than a month on most battles.

Some of it is the fault of the modding, some of it is the fault of the administrators, much of it is the fault of the battlers.

As a battler, I've been noshowed (after dropping a verse) by Archetype, Neighbor, & Boredom (twice). It's safe to say that many people here like the -idea- of having a battle more than actually having a battle. So I dont believe that trying to pump out multiple events at once is the most pragmatic approach here

Then what exactly is being complained about? That others no-showed? Is that the mods fault? Idk it just sounds weird to me. Certain is really on top of Aowl and there have been times when people no show en masse, even with great mags and all that. I just don't understand the complaining, usually one round of no shows roots it out and sets the tourney straight.

You obviously haven't seen Knucklhead and I have taken over the text side. You should go read the BA magazine. The topical side is run by Certain and is successful. There is currently ONE tournament happening right now and an 8man tourney to get battles in the BA and determine a SnF champion.
