Bigger arms isn't terribly complex though, just do multiple different curl exercises that isolate different parts of the python as Masaii calls them. Don't neglect tricep though, naturally a larger muscle and will get you bigger arms muh faster (as well as forearm exercises). But yeah, diode or @El Pancake would be better for specifics tbh. |
Tricep is 2 thirds of ur arm. Definitely do not neglect.
