people who read

goodreads.com

pretty cool site, gives you recommendations on other books you might like and all the stuff you'd expect from a social networking site.

I still have an issue reading books on any device

still a fan of paperback/hardcover myself

oats 06-22-2013 06:35 AM

Heard good things about the alchemist, never read it though.

I'm the same as you, GOW, only read bound books. I've tried different e-readers and it just doesn't work.

super pimp trillionaire 06-22-2013 06:49 AM

I'm hoping I just have to find the right book.

mostly because i can pirate 1000's of books for free in seconds

Haven't read a new book in a while...I have a house full of books of which I'm pretty sure I've read all of them multiple times...need to get some new books.

I also only read real books....can't get with reading on these electronic thingamabobs.

This I have a problem with. The thousands of hours that go into writing a book deserve your financial support. At least musicians can go on tour to continue making money, but writers don't have those other outlets to support themselves.

And yeah e-reading gets me too distracted, I don't like it. But it is convenient.
