Looks dank. Only problem I've ever encountered with shredded meat of any sort is that it can be a tad on the dry side if not done correctly. But this looks great. If you truly want the god status, cook your next batch Hawaiian style by digging a hole in the ground and heating it on a bed of hot rocks. Sounds weird but tastes divine.
