Tried to astral travel last night for the first time (when your soul leaves your body). Made good progress for a first attempt.

Lucid dreaming is easy I dont understand why people find it hard to realize that they are dreaming?

Ironically, my dreams are never very vivid until they are ending

Easier said than done but next time you are dreaming, tell it to yourself in the dream state and then you will realize that you can do anything you want.

I dont believe in pre sleep rituals eg, splash water on your eyes, do 10 cartwheels and sacrifice an infant

best way to induce lucidity in dreams is first to b able to recall ur dreams...the more u recall, the more vivid the become...its not like a one time thing...keep a dream journal and everyday write down what u rmbr from the previous night, even if its nothing u write i rememeber nothing....ull end up recalling, then theyll get more vivid, then ull gain control of them...at least thats what worked for me...and what he book 'Lucid Dreams' suggests.

Exactly this. I did this for a week straight and was successfully able to lucid dream. The time varies for people, but it shouldn't take longer than 4 weeks or so to train yourself how to lucid dream. It takes a few days for a lot of people

Lucid dreaming gets a bit boring after a while imo. Im much more interested in astral projection. For beginners in this area I recommend this video.

Go to sleep with it, it's good for starting out

^ too much work
I, like masai have never had an issue with lucid dreaming, did it as a child before I knew it wasn't normal. I'm surprised more adults don't take advantage of this extra computational time. I mean its a PERFECT time to solve problems imo.
unfortunately I waste most of my lucid dream time fucking mary j blige and erykah badu. at once. then watching them eat each other while singing the most beautiful moans and cries ever heard...
:(

as far as astral projection, thats the key to time travel imo, and THAT warrants further study and research. shit ca be dangerous
@Masaii if you don't know the importance of the bright trail that follows you you should keep your energy in your flesh until you do. real talk.

PM if you wanna discuss this shit. otr
