What job?

Apprentice Real Estate Appraiser at a bank here in Fargo. Beat out people with degrees. Interview skills on point.

Have to complete my degree by May 2015 which shouldn't be a problem. Shitload of training and on-site experience to do and whatnot. But it's worth not working a shit job.

So you go to peoples houses and get to tell them everything they've built their life around is of little to no value

My father is a real estate appraiser. Up and down work. Always either too much to handle or not enough and your semi broke for a month or 2. It's a pretty easy job though, 'grats cake.

2-3 year process. 75 credits of training, couple thousand hours of field experience.

yeah you cant really beat that at all. the experience itself is worth it imo

plus since you will be doing it while your getting a diploma for it you can see how much of the school stuff is bullshit and how much is legit lol
