If.I.may for just a moment. This was like one of my first research areas back in the golden days. Peaked my interest recently being I read something recently about a huge crystaline underwater pyramid type structure speculated to have been found in that area. If you are familiar with the legends and folklore of Atlantis and the Bermuda triangle then you'll know that the crystal theory has been around for quite a while. Lotta lost ships planes and people odd compass readings. The methane theory is probably the most mainstream and widely excepted cause and tested theory attributed to the phenomena in that area.

Kinda seems bogus cause it says it was discovered in 1968, I ain't never heard about it.
