Sleep paralysis freaky..
Has anybody had sleep paralysis b4? it was the weirdest freaky shit for me.
I literally saw this black figure trying to grab me then my soul just popped off halfway through my body and told it to go away. |
Im scared to go to sleep now.
|
Oh, this thread again. Lols @ your soul scaring black dudes away.
To answer your question tho'; Yes. More than once. |
I only done it once and I passed out seconds after I left my body.
Shit was cray lol I was freaking out, ever try it intentionally to lucid dream? Look into it, most exhilarating life changing thing I have every experience in this lifetime. |

Yeah yeah initially I was trying to lucid dream, this is what happend though. I had this dream where I was in a room full of haters , I could hear the whispers of them talking behind my back I was a social pariah. but then a voice came to me and it said something like " this is fake, calm down, even in your dreams you put yourself down" then I instantly knew it was dream and the whole room started to like come apary then I told myself can I fly? Then i flew all the way to the ceilinh then I said can I astral project? Once i thought that in a split second I was in sleep paralysis when I saw the black figure trying to grab me. |

word. first thing i was going to ask was about lucid dreaming.
sleep paralysis is the bastard child of several states of consciousness fuckin with one another to get your attention, each winning and losing in their own way lol. it's like a reverse day dream... your dreaming and remain dreaming and yet you become conscious of 'reality', but are too deep to wake up. tends to happen most to people who remember their dreams, recognize they're dreaming, and especially lucid dreamers (which include the past two items anyway). most people just 'wake up' when they shift consciousness - right when they recognize they are dreaming or recognize they aren't awake. If you can dance the line between brain waves a bit more, you can have some fun by going "lucid" -- or basically the reverse - end up in sleep paralysis lol. i would imagine "sleeping in certain loud environments which you've grown accustomed to" would trigger it for some people --- e.g. a long roadtrip, sleeping in the backseat, you can basically 'tell you're still traveling', wake up cuz of a bump or something, and still be in your dream and basically feel "frozen"... feels like you want to shout for help but can't say anything to get anyone to wake you up.. shit's like my ultimate dream nemesis lol |
just read that first part of your note
also, as your conscious/unconscious are dancing around each other, you work your way back from deeper REM stages to Delta and alpha brain waves -- categorized by 'timeless states' like deep meditation and hypnosis. Beta is waken state, and Alpha is the next stage in - which is the state right before sleep and right as you wake up basically, where most paranormal activity is reported. you grappling with anything in terms of a decision which weighs you down, habits/friends? metaphorically theres a lot to your experience there, whether the shadowmen are external forces or self-created does not matter, knowing what it could be is nothing compared to knowing what it could mean. |
So your saying there was a reason for this?

some people believe dreams come from the other-side, some believe they come from within, some believe there are aspects of both. i believe that 'within' is already on the otherside where there are no sides lol. in any event, either your dreams are saying something, or you are through them. in your case, Kenny - a room full of haters, and separately a looming shadow you tell to go away - and you dealing with trust issues you never faced, sounds pretty much exactly how a mind would draw from experience to paint that feeling you have on the dreamscape. |
Kenny is posting some quality threads
|
So you know, I interperate dreams so get at me.
