this region was HAARP'd to high heavens since the 19th and is still to this day. Dunno if it was a direct cause or not, just thought it was interesting

now take a look at these. Few years back I said something about tropical storms depressions over the U.S (hurricanes on land) and anyone who has paid any attention to doppler radar for the past 10 years can tell you that storms don't "spin" over land or they aren't supposed to. Take a look at this, also notice the blips or what has commonly been referred to as "doppler radar anomolies and blips" by meteorologists and the like

I think they've been caught with there pants down trying to modify the weather because of the drought but keep getting hit with with these unstable and out of place cool and warm jetstreams from the south. I saw something on my way home from work on the 20th that shocked the shit out of me, had only seen it in pictures/ read about it up until now, took a pic of it on my phone, I'll have to upload it but it was something like this

those blips in the radar most notably in the midwest and the South occured during one of the worst droughts in U.S history. HAARP shooting isn't super accurate though as far as weather modification so thats why you get them popping up in the SE as well but you can see the majority in the midwest, sometimes all the way from ND to TX.
