Anyone got a good workout routine?
 
Decided to get on my fitness shit.
Don't know shit about working out or muscle building, weight lose ect..

I obviously know how to diet. But i know thats just not enough alone.

Any tips?

Going to try those ultra 10 pushups even though after 10 regular pushups I'm totally out of breath. Does that have anything to do with my strength or should I stop smoking cigs right now?

Lol thanks for the feedback. But answer the question. Doing it ain't the problem I can do more the labored breath is the problem. Is my lungs gone to shit???

Prolly a mixture of both id imagine.....the less muscle u have the harder ur body is working the sooner u run out of breath etc....an smoking cigs obv is not good.....lmao
