whats up with s&F battles and the heavy usage of multies, I mean I know it helps, just seems focus more on flow than swag, I've seen alot of people utilize both effortlessly and master it just seems you've automatically gotta incorporate multies for the shit now and days from what I've seen

Multies are the easiest way to add flow to a verse.

if you're not rhyming at least 3 syllables it isn't swag n flow tbc

I just don't understand you can have multi's out the ass but if you're not incorporating any word play in the multi's then the shit is bland as hell, same shit I said about the setups to punches these days, bland as hell from what I've seen

Internals are just rhymes placed within the middle of a line/bar. They dont need to be multisyllables. Even multiple one syllable rhymes work.
