My priors for little pitty paddy pot possession ain't gonna hold no type of weight when they look at my CDS possession charges next month.

Sweetness.

you broke the law, its the same reason washington state prisons ain't gonna release anyone for weed offenses, it was illegal when they did what they did.

Though surprised that's your only problem, I agree with the sentiment. I've yet to encounter a truly compelling argument against legalization. Even decriminalization seems a little limp wristed to me - if it's not a crime, why isn't it legal?

Ohio is a swing state, and the GOP will undergo massive reforms sooner than later since a growing majority is alienated by a lot of their views. So I'm confident it'll happen.

Colorado has started to go back and retroactively release people who were incarcerated for marijuana possession
not sure how it works if you were charged before the law happened and are still awaiting trial for it. but it could happen

El Muffin 04-08-2014 09:34 PM

nice. metts bros happy i bet

trap 04-09-2014 07:11 AM

This is as stupid as them being one of the first states to raise the minimum wage to 1010. I hate this place sometimes.

Strikta 04-09-2014 04:40 PM

Word @uh-oh I hear u.. I'm thinking there'll be some hope to be had tho.
