Did you ask her about a list of banned words? You're paying for this service, right? If you do, ask them to remove all of the banned words as you are hosting a forum that does creative writing and talks a lot about politics/news from time to time and that you might have to find someone else unless that can be done as some members have encountered problems upon posting a few times and lost verses/poems and threads they've spent a long time to make.

Tell her that the word autoz00philia was connected to a verse someone wrote where he talked about scientific reports on human behavior. (Which loosely is true as well.) The reason you want to remove all of the banned words is because of random incidents like these.
