anyone got a recipe for/ know what arepas are??
 
got some at a street fair in new york... unreal. all the online recipes are trash

for those that don't know its like cooked corn dough with cheese etc

they are delicious.

My mom makes em bad ass but unfortunately like a typical spoiled hispanic male..

I never bothered to learn :(

They make em at my work, Cheesecake Factory, they bomb as shit.
I'll try to get a recipe for em from there this wkend
