it's like looking down a double barreled shotgun

so what's the immediate danger of a solar flare for us inside of earth's atmosphere?

a compromised electrical grid and magnetosphere. harmful side effects of solar radiation as well but just depends on how hard we get hit. This is just like a tornado watch, is all, we're in the line of fire for some flares since we've got 2 big active sunspots pointed at us
