Need as close to full functionality as possible.

Wanna explore processes without fuckin up my ipad. Wanna load linux or 8 and access saved backups. Wanna fuck with dual boot, diff jailbreaks etc.
Idk if an sdk would allow these things don't have a Mac. Curious...
