Cant find shit online.


Been walking 2 miles, eliptical 15 mins. Doing some light dumbell, inverted bench and thats pretty much it. I mean its working cause im dropping lbs but I want like a plan. Google isnt helping your boy Dan Connor.

Do 90 min cardio sessions 5 days a week.....boring as fuck....but undeniable

30min on the treadmill
30min on the bike
30min on the eliptical

I do more then 90 a day with work and gym combined. I got cardio on lock for now.


I wanna get weights involved in my training.

Reduce your carb intake.

And you burn more fact doing weight training than actual cardio.

Apply HIT (high intesity cardio)

go on IIFYM and enter ur info... you can calculate your caloric intake for cutting weight

Then download the app called MyFitnessPal... thats a dope app for tracking calories and nutrition... you can scan barcodes or search their library to add foods and it runs mad deep... if you're a high bf% you can cut calories pretty aggressively and still be safe, you'll be dropping like two or three lbs a week

you can log your weight and put in custom goals as well, track your exercise and calories burned


Yeah cardio is cool esp if you're doing it every day. lifting is good for adding muscle/ burning fat but ur technically adding mass... I think

Yeah but the burning fat will reduce that mass.

The "mass" is muscle now.

He will lose weight at the same time.

So, don't be afraid to lift weights..heavy weights at that.
