well that was a failure

it snowed 10 inches last night

which is whatever its ohio i can deal with it. i get up early today. got outside early knew i would have snow to clean off my piece of shit car before i could go to work.

the snow is deep, and is ice crusted over. so im like shit yo. i clean it all off, scrape the centimeter deep ice off all my windows. and it starts raining.

as the rain hits my windows, it immediately turns to ice. instantly.

did i mention i don't have heat?

so i'm like FUCK

concoct a plan like fuck it. i can ride with my front windows down, if i limp up to the arab spot i can get gas under the awning/roof thing, and re-scrape the ice off, and then kick my wipers on full blast so when i leave they can keep the windshield clear

i somehow get there, hitting every pothole in the snow covered road, and not hitting any parked cars. do all that

as soon as i pull back into the rain the wipers ain't doing shit but leveling out the layers of ice all strategically to destroy me

so im like fuck it im heading home till this clears up

i cant get in my parking lot tho cuz im sliding everywhere

luckily a neighbor was outside smoking i had him gas my shit while i pushed it to the side of the road, overheating

im destined to fail in this life.

Snow doesnt bother me.....we had like 8in on Monday

But i dont play w the ice.

Ice been falling out the sky since 11pm last nite. No thanks.....

My 2 story staircase alone is like a kevin mccalister death trap waiting to leave my crumpled frame in a twisted pile of cripple.

Plus apparently from wat ive been learning my job gives every1 a freepass whenever it snows.

But yea....heat would be a valuable resource in the winter for your car.....

but if the rain/snow don't stopped i literally can't leave. i havent had a day of work since tuesday of last week, and they finally got some work for me and i can't make it.

i don't want to call off cuz i don't want to be seen as EXPENDABLE because i AM

just gonna call them and let them know the deal

Word, be careful about that shit. My mother managed to slip and fall when she was going outside for a smoke just a week ago. Broke her hand and had to have a surgery. Shit's no joke.
