Do you volunteer? If so, what do you do?
I don't really volunteer much anymore tbh but I do sponsor a child in Zambia so I at least feel good about that. |
You dont tell people you volunteer spastic, that defeats the purpose.

one time i helped sort medical supplies for hurrican relief
it was pretty much picking up gauze pads and putting them in new boxes |
